How will my item be shipped?
All items are shipped either by UPS Ground Service or Freight Carrier. We use the most efficient and cost-effective means for you.
What is included in standard delivery charges?
Standard delivery charges vary on every order. Please note any special handling or delivery needs at the time of order so the most precise quote is given. Standard delivery is the carrier delivering the product to the tailgate of the truck. You are responsible for offloading. Arrangements can be made for inside delivery, residential delivery and non-dock delivery at an additional charge.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an e-mail with shipping information (item, quantity, shipping address, carrier and tracking number).
What happens after I place an order?
You will receive a confirmation e-mail upon acceptance of the order detailing all charges for products, freight and applicable sales taxes. Please verify this information and contact us if there are any changes to the order.
What is the expected lead time on my order?
Standard lead times are 3-5 working days.
What is your return policy?
Product may be returned within 30 days of our invoice date and are subject to a restocking charge. All returns must be shipped prepaid in its original packaging and must be in resalable condition. All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt. A credit or refund will be issued after inspection and verification that the goods are in resalable condition. Allow up to 15 days for processing. Products may not be returned after 30 days of our invoice date.
How do I cancel an Order?
There is no charge for cancellations as long as the order has not been shipped. If the product has been shipped, you will be responsible for all freight related costs to and from your location since we cannot stop shipments in transit.
What if my order arrives damaged?
All products are thoroughly inspected prior to shipment. We can not be responsible for items damaged or lost in shipment by freight carrier. Buyer should inspect all merchandise upon delivery and note damage or shortage before signing and accepting delivery (freight companies will not accept claims when damage is not noted on freight bill). We are not liable for any shipments signed for when damage or shortages are not noted on the freight bill.
